Our Source: Desi Cow (Vidarbha)

100% Desi Cow Milk from the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.

This breed produces naturally thick milk with 4%+ Fat content, resulting in superior density and aroma. Because we strictly use morning milk from this specific breed, our production is intentionally limited to maintain purity.

The Jain Athpaheri Method

Athpaheri (अष्टपहरी) means completing the entire process within 8 Pahar (24 hours):

• Made within 8 Pahar (24 hours) — Fresh morning milk to pure ghee, same day.
• Process completed before sunset — Daylight-only discipline.
• Use Only Swad Water (शुद्ध हाथ करघा से निर्मित सूती कपडे से छना जल) for cleaning — No additives whatsoever.

Zero Fermentation: We never use curd starter (jaman) or sour cream methods. It is strictly fresh morning milk turned into ghee—no shortcuts.

Non-Tangy = Bacteria-Free: Our ghee is non-tangy because of the process, not just the taste. Under 8 Pahar, there is no time for bacteria to form. A non-tangy taste is proof of fresh, bacteria-free purity.

This creates ghee with 25% lower cholesterol than fermented ghees, naturally light digestion, and the pure sweetness of milk—exactly as Ayurveda intended.
